Build a target-company shortlist

Start with companies that fit your market, then decide which ones deserve deeper research.

Follow the workflow

  1. Define your market

    Choose a business category, geography and employee-size range. Start with a supported size band to keep the first search simple.

  2. Find a small company sample

    Use Company Search with software as a keyword, Canada as the location and 11–50 as the size, or use the AI example. Request 25 results.

  3. Review the businesses

    Read the descriptions and open company pages. Keywords can return adjacent industries, so verify what each company actually does.

  4. Choose your next step

    Export the shortlist or choose Search from these results when company IDs are available. Select relevant companies, choose the roles to find and review one people search with a shared result limit.

What it uses

25 returned companies use 25 search credits and one search run. A later search returning 25 people uses another 25 credits and one run. Manual setup adds no AI usage; each AI setup uses one daily request.

All plans have a maximum of 10 AI requests daily, resetting at 00:00 UTC. Manual setup uses none. Unused reserved results are restored after a search; empty or failed searches restore their allowance and search run.

What to keep in mind

This is a live research sample, not a complete market census. A follow-up people search may return uneven numbers across companies, or none at some companies.

Live LinkedIn results are research material, not prequalified buyers. Review the original record before acting. CSV export does not include a promise of business email addresses.
