Linkedleads provides professional-profile and company research tools through the CPA Services Hub site operator. Creating an account or purchasing a pass means you agree to these terms.

Paid access

Starter costs US$15.00 and includes 1,500 main search allowance units, 20 search runs, 100 profile/company refreshes, 100 job results, 3 signals, and 60 monitoring checks. Growth costs US$45.00 and includes 6,000 main search allowance units, 60 search runs, 500 profile/company refreshes, 500 job results, 10 signals, and 300 monitoring checks. Scale costs US$100.00 and includes 16,000 main search allowance units, 60 search runs, 500 profile/company refreshes, 500 job results, 10 signals, and 300 monitoring checks. Jobs and monitoring retain their separate allowances; posts share the people/company allowance. One returned person, company or post uses one main search allowance unit. Result counts are not guaranteed. Starter supports up to 250 people/company results and 25 jobs per search; Growth and Scale support 500 and 50 respectively. Posts support up to 100. All plans include AI-assisted search, existing search features and CSV export. Historical Solo and Pro purchases retain their original limits, usage and expiry dates. AI-assisted search

Every account can submit up to 10 AI interpretations per UTC day, separately from scraping allowances. Manual search remains available after that limit. Unsupported interpretations count; technical interpretation failures release the daily AI request. Rate limits still apply to failures. AI generates supported filters only; the same backend operations and usage rules apply. AI does not guarantee matching results or interpret unavailable data fields.

Welcome reply bonus

A verified new account may claim one 50-credit bonus by replying to its Linkedleads welcome email from the same account address. The bonus increases the people, company and post search allowance of a current paid pass or the next paid pass. It does not grant a free pass, add job results or profile refreshes, change search-run limits, extend expiry, or renew access. The bonus is applied once per account after the reply is detected.

Thirty-day passes

Access begins after verified payment and lasts 30 days. Passes do not renew automatically. A pass purchased while existing access is active is scheduled after previously purchased passes. Unused allowances expire and do not roll over. We provide no free live searches.

Usage

A new live search consumes one run and the number of records returned, including records returned by earlier searches. Empty and failed searches have their reserved allowance restored. A successful separate profile or company refresh consumes one refresh. Opening or exporting saved results does not consume additional allowance. Results can wait in a queue due to provider limits. Requests accepted during an active pass may finish after it expires.

Monitoring signals

Each successful monitoring check consumes one check, including the first baseline and checks with no matching change. Failed checks restore the reserved allowance. Search-based signals compare up to 25 results. Monitoring pauses when a pass expires or the check allowance is exhausted; resume it after renewing. Alerts appear in your private signal history. No email alerts are included. A check already running when you pause may finish. Availability and queues can delay checks.

Data and acceptable use

Availability, accuracy, and completeness depend on upstream sources. Verified emails, phone numbers, outreach automation, and guaranteed client acquisition are not included. Use the service lawfully and respect privacy and platform rights. Do not use it for harassment, spam, credential sharing, or attempts to access another customer's records. Linkedleads is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn.

Payment issues and refunds

Report duplicate payments, undelivered access, or service issues through Help & support with your order reference. Refund requests are reviewed individually, subject to applicable consumer rights. Refunded or disputed access may be suspended while reviewed. No automatic charges occur when a pass ends.

Your account

Keep your password and recovery code private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may restrict accounts used to abuse the service. Contact support for account correction or deletion.
