Linkedleads, available at data.cpaserviceshub.pro, is operated by the CPA Services Hub site operator. This page describes how this application handles your information.

What we store

We store your name, email, password hash, recovery-code hash, email-verification status, where you heard about us, terms acceptance, email preferences, paid access periods, usage counts, payment references, searches, returned research records, and support messages. We temporarily store request IP addresses for abuse prevention. Server logs may contain request information.

Why we use it

We use these records to provide private accounts, fulfil purchases, enforce plan allowances, deliver results, respond to requests, and protect the service. We use an essential session cookie for sign-in and form security.

Email

We send a verification email first, followed by a welcome email after you confirm your address. We also send two onboarding emails about using the product unless you disable product emails in your account. You can change that choice at any time. Password-reset emails are sent only when requested. We share the email address and message content with our email delivery provider to send these messages.

Service providers

Search filters and submitted professional-profile or company URLs are sent to Up2Data to retrieve information. When you use the company-name picker, the name you enter is sent to LinkedIn’s public company lookup. Saved company identifiers can be reused for a new people search without refreshing the original records. Your name, email, order reference, and amount are sent to Bachs to process checkout. Bachs handles payment details; Linkedleads does not store your card number. Customer and research records are stored on our VPS. When you submit AI Search, your request and the supported filter schema are sent to OpenAI. We store your original AI request for result ranking, the interpreted plan, request fingerprint, execution references and token usage for usage controls; we do not store a chat history or send scraped result lists to OpenAI. For AI Search ranking, we send your original request and short professional-data excerpts from returned records to TypeSafe (Jev). We store relevance scores and usage totals. Ranking is optional to successful data collection and does not guarantee buying intent.

Retention and your choices

Saved results remain in your workspace after a pass expires. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion through Help & support. We may retain necessary transaction and security records to resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. Operational backups may retain earlier copies until they expire.
